At La Favela, your experience and safety are our top priorities. While La Favela is not responsible and will not be held accountable for any loss of personal belongings guests in case of loss, theft or damage of any valuables. However as part of our commitment to guest care, we have outlined the following Lost and Found policy to ensure transparency, respect, and flexibility for everyone. These in-house rules help us manage found personal belongings responsibly while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.<\/strong><\/div>

a. General Personal Belongings<\/strong><\/div>

\u201cMinor\u201d Personal belongings such as clothing, basic accessories, or other everyday belongings will be stored for up to two (2) weeks from the date they\u2019re found then will bemanaged in accordance with our internal policies.<\/p>

b. Valuable Personal Belongings<\/strong><\/div>

\u201cValuable\u201d personal belongings such as jewelry, branded items, or cash, will be stored for up to three (3) months from the date they\u2019re found.<\/p>

c. Sensitive Belongings<\/strong><\/div>

\u201cSensitive\u201d belongings possibly personal information such as official ID cards, passports, driver\u2019s licenses, mobile phones, tablets, or laptops, will be stored for up to three (3) months from the date they\u2019re found.<\/strong><\/p>

If \u201cvaluables & sensitive\u201d belongings unclaimed within that time, we\u2019ll hand them over to local authorities in line with privacy regulations and legal procedures.<\/p>

We encourage all guests to double-check their belongings before leaving La Favela. Di La Favela, pengalaman dan keselamatan kamu adalah prioritas utama kami.<\/span> Meskipun La Favela tidak bertanggung jawab dan tidak dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban atas kehilangan barang pribadi tamu jika terjadi kehilangan, pencurian, atau kerusakan terhadap barang <\/span>pribadi<\/span>.<\/span>Namun, sebagai bagian dari komitmen kami terhadap kenyamanan tamu, kami telah merancang kebijakan Lost and Found berikut untuk memastikan transparansi, rasa hormat, dan fleksibilitas bagi semua pihak.<\/span><\/p>

Barang-barang \u201cbernilai\u201d seperti perhiasan, barang bermerek, atau uang tunai, akan disimpan selama maksimal tiga (3) bulan sejak tanggal ditemukan<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

c. Barang \u201cSensitif\u201d<\/span><\/div>

Barang-barang yang mungkin berisi informasi pribadi seperti KTP, paspor, SIM, ponsel, tablet, atau laptop, akan disimpan selama maksimal tiga (3) bulan sejak tanggal ditemukan.<\/span><\/p>

Jika barang \u201cbernilai & sensitif\u201d tidak diambil dalam waktu tersebut, maka akan kami serahkan kepada pihak berwenang setempat sesuai regulasi <\/span>data pribadi<\/span> dan prosedur hukum yang berlaku.<\/span> Kami sangat menyarankan semua tamu untuk memeriksa kembali barang-barang pribadinya sebelum meninggalkan La Favela.<\/span><\/p>
